Yes, it started with barbecue. That is not what your guests will remember.
Nearly every couple tells us the same thing. They almost did not call, because the roots are in barbecue. Then they came to a tasting. Brisket carved at the station. Prime rib. Citrus brandy chicken. Centerpieces, linens, signage, sweetheart-table pieces, and more, from an inventory we have built over years. We sit down with you for a planning workshop, design the tables together, and often fold it into your package. If we do not have the piece you want, we help you find it.
